Michael A. Randolph is a fee-only financial planner and investment advisor. He counsels business owners, senior executives, retirees, philanthropists,
inheritors, endowment funds and foundations.
His wealth management specialties include: retirement planning,
charitable planning, and constructing low-cost, tax-efficient, low volatility investment portfolios (including socially responsible
portfolios). He has appeared in the Press Democrat, the local media and spoken in public on a number of topics.
Michael A. Randolph earned his master’s degree in financial planning from Golden Gate University and holds the CFP® designation.
He has over 20 years of fee-only financial planning experience and has worked for a number of highly-regarded, nationally-recognized
financial planners and investment advisors in senior level positions over the years. He is the owner of Randolph Managed Investments.
Michael is active in his community. Currently, he is a member and Treasurer of the board of directors
for the Council on Aging (COA) Services for Seniors of Sonoma County, chairperson for their endowment fund and past
Board President. As a former member of the board of directors of the Sonoma County Museum and past Treasurer,
he remains active in the organization sitting on the finance/investment committee.
